General Terms of Booking
By making a Santa reservation, you except and agree to the relevant cancellation agreement
Please note that certain special offers or special rates are not eligible for cancellation or transfer.
If you wish to review, change or cancel your booking, you may still result in losing your deposit and within 48 hours will result in full payment being non refundable
All important information when booking , address of Santa to visit/ contact detail numbers/ Family names and all relevant information is solely the responsibility of the Booker. We therefore cannot be responsible (and have no obligation to verify) and wrong or misspelled address or house number or inaccurate or wrong mobile number.
An email or text will be sent to you shortly before Santa's arrival *containing information relevant to your visit.
Corporate Events
Can be hired as a walkabout at your Christmas function and meet & Greet your guests, also before or during your Christmas parties for unique photo opportunities.
Hosting/Compère
Santa Claus will arrive and leave your event in character and can pose for photos with all your guests and be put into your entertainment schedule, even filling in between other acts you may have booked.
Shops/Retail
Santa is available for launch days within your store and has had various experience in promotional event openings and Christmas light switch on events from small retailers to large shopping centres.
Nursery/Schools/Day Care/Nursing Homes
Santa understands there is lots of people who need a more understanding caring approach to their special needs and you will find our Santa to be very empathetic to each individual.
December weddings
Perhaps your having a Themed wedding and you want Santa Claus to be part of your celebration. I am sure he would love to say, "I do" and greet your guests on your special day.
When contacting Santa, please give as much information regarding your event,
date and times and any special requests you may wish,
such as Santa bringing his Little helper along.
